Gloval Health Eucalytus Oil: it’s a decongestant that gives a natural relief to mild colds and flu by clearing the breathing passageways and soothing pains. Blend with a carrier oil to relieve chest pain or insect bites. Direction	– Flugo: Take 2 capsules 3 x daily, or as directed by a health practitioner. – Cold and Flu complex: 10 drops 1-2 times daily diluted in little water or juice before meals -Eucalyptus: Add 3 – 5 drops into 10ml massage oil or any carrier oil and use as a chest and back rub or add few drops into hot water and inhale.
