– Oregano oil helps and prevents sinus problems caused by bacteria and fungi.

– Do not apply undiluted: Essential oils are the highly concentrated active Ingredients of plants. They should always be diluted in a base before use and should not be taken internally without professional recommendation.
Directions

– Baths: Add 5 – 7 drops of Gloval health Sinusitis essential oil to a warm bath.
For sensitive skin and to add moisturising mix the essential oil with a teaspoon of any carrier oil before pouring in the bath. Close the door so the vapours don't escape. Soak for at least 10 minutes and breathe deeply.
– Burners and Diffusers: Fill the burner or the diffuser with water and then add 3 – 5 drops of Gloval health Sinusitis blend essential oil. Light the candle and the oil will evaporate to fill the air with the healing benefits as the water heats up. Do not let the burner or diffuser ran out of water.
– Massage: Add 3 – 5 drops into 10ml carrier oil and use as a chest, neck and back rub
– Inhalation: Add 3 – 5 drops of Gloval health Sinusitis blend essential oil to a hot water container. Place a cloth over your head, close your eyes and bend over the container. Inhale the steam for few moments.
