Directions

– Massage: mix 3-5 drops of Gloval health Peppermint essential oil with 10ml of carrier oil & massage around the affected area.
– Bath: Dilute 5- 8 drops of Gloval health Peppermint essential oil into 10 ml of carrier oil & add to your bath.
– Facial steam: Add 3 – 5 drops of Gloval health Peppermint essential oil to a hot water container. Place a cloth over your head, close your eyes to avoid the steam to be in contact & bend over the container. Do not bend too closer to avoid burning yourself. Keep your face inside for about 3 minutes, inhale & exhale the steam. then rinse your face well with cool water.
– Burners & Diffusers: Fill the burner/diffuser with water and then add 3 – 5 drops of Gloval health Peppermint essential oil. Light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats up. Do not let the water dry out.
– Eliminate bad breath: mix 2-3 drops of Gloval health Peppermint essential oil with your natural toothpaste. Then brush and rinse your mouth immediately. Do not swallow. This will clean the teeth, gums, alleviate toothaches and to improve your oral health
